Do I stifle their freedom to express their PERSONAL views about a city I live and work in, just because they are doing business with me? Would I make them apologize for it - hell no. That's wrong. As my mother used to say: "Its true that I can't control what you do. But its also true that you can't control how I will react." Whether FedEx overreacted is not important, tho I think they did.
