Romulans Gone; Cloaking Device Disabled

The Romulans have moved out, and the Google Maps cloaking device has been disabled over the U.S. Naval Observatory in northwest Washington, D.C. Anyone can now clearly see the mansion where the Vice President of the United States lives and surrounding buildings.

It was shortly after 9-11 2001 that then-Vice President Dick Cheney mysteriously ordered Google Maps to blur the circular image of the Observatory compound. The location was no longer revealed, except for every tour map of Washington on the planet.

Cheney offered no explanation why the area around his living quarters would be cloaked while the Google satellite image of the White House remained clear and crisp. One can only guess it may have had something to do with pentagrams and Cheney’s relationship with a giant goat devil.
