I have had the privilege of knowing Jay Hunter MOrris since his 9th grade year when I had the opportunity of being his H.S. Choir teacher at Paris High School. Jay was in my choir all 4 years a/ Paris High School, had the leading role in our Musical, THE PAJAMA GAME, was All Area in our University Interscholastic League Contest and should have been a member of the Texas All State Choir but had been fighting illness when he auditioned. He was one of my most outstanding pupils as well as becoming one of my very best friends in the whole wide world!! I count myself blessed to having had just a small part in his early musical growth.
