David is a recognized authority on media trends and today’s dynamic convergence of mainstream media with New Media and the digital revolution driven by Web 2.0. He advises companies and organizations on digital online strategies and methods for achieving greater impact through comprehensive strategic communications plans. He has managed strategic and media initiatives around the world, has established a vast network of collaborative resources in public relations and the media and is experienced at effective communications in brand development and in support of litigation and crisis management.

As senior vice president at Edelman Worldwide, David led the corporate brand and reputation management group and advised major clients including CSX Transportation, BF Goodrich and Bombardier. In his role as vice president of global marketing and communications at Gulfstream Aerospace, he favorably positioned the company’s brand image for a successful IPO and helped enhance sales of Gulfstream business aircraft.

An active blogger since 2003 and online publisher since 1999, David is co-founder and publisher of BoomerCafé™ - the Internet’s oldest and most popular online creative writing project for baby boomers with active lifestyles. His blog - Clear Voices in a Cluttered World - focuses on trends in the fields of communications, brand management and the media.
